Delete Your Account In-App
You can request deletion directly from the app without contacting support.
- Open the Mkinga Empire mobile app and sign in.
- Go to Profile then Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your request.
If you cannot access the app, use the web/email request method below.

Submit this form and we will process your deletion request after identity verification.
You can also email privacy@mkingaempire.com directly with subject: Account Deletion Request.
What Is Deleted and What May Be Retained
After we verify your identity, we start deletion and complete it within 30 days.
- Deleted: Profile details, saved addresses, app preferences, session tokens, and linked account identifiers.
- Deleted or anonymized: Support messages and usage history not required for legal obligations.
- Retained when required by law: Transaction and tax records may be retained up to 7 years.
- Security logs: Fraud/security event logs may be retained up to 90 days for abuse prevention and investigations.
