Delivery
We deliver across Tanzania. Dar es Salaam orders usually arrive the same or next day; other regions within 2–5 working days by courier. You'll get a confirmation with the expected date when we dispatch.
Payment
Pay securely with M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money or Halopesa — by prompt to your phone or with a Lipa number — or with Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer on Selcom's secure checkout. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. All prices are in Tanzanian shillings (TZS) and include VAT where applicable.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us and we'll arrange the pickup or drop-off.
