Terms & conditions

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the payment is confirmed, or when we confirm a WhatsApp or phone order. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, mispriced or cannot be delivered to your area — you will be told promptly and any payment refunded in full.

Prices are in Tanzanian shillings and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and confirmed before dispatch. Payment is made online at checkout by mobile money (a prompt to your phone or a Lipa number), by Visa or Mastercard, or by bank transfer through Selcom's secure checkout. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.

We deliver across Tanzania. Dar es Salaam orders usually arrive the same or next day; other regions within 2–5 working days. Times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel before signing where possible.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery; faulty or wrong items can be returned at any time within the warranty period. Full details, exclusions and how refunds are paid are in our Returns & refund policy.

We sell genuine products sourced from authorised distributors. Product videos show the actual item; colours may still vary slightly by screen. Perfume volumes and electronics specifications are as stated by the manufacturer.

Your mobile number is your account. Keep your phone and sign-in codes private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered in good condition. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for delays caused by events outside our control, or for misuse of a product. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
